Add split options to Snap it

Snap it need to have split options, that includes the default split that @Jorge da Costa Ferreira mentioned in the comment.

“… when using the “Snap it” feature to add an expense to a group, the default split %s are not being applied. Instead equal proportion is applied”

    Thanks so much, this one should be there from the beginning, we let it slide with other priorities, glad we have it now, along with some awesome improvements (unified snap, no more have to choose between receipt, bank, any) in snap it. Hope you like them, and please let us know what you think.
